In 1983 at the age of 15 I broke my neck (C 3/4) playing Rugby Union. This injury started me on a path of Self Discovery, and Personal Development.

It inspired me to look deeply at the universal issues of who we are and how we relate to the world around us. It has taught me many things including; patience, compassion, and understanding of how we can all limit ourselves in many different ways.

I have found that most people’s belief systems hold them back and determine their quality of life, rather than physical limitations or restrictions.

I’m grateful that I can now share my knowledge, skills, and experience with others and support them to expand the quality of their lives.

After completing a BA at Sydney University in 1991, I continued to pursue studies into Psychology, Philosophy, and Mythology.

I then continued further studies at Charles Stuart University as well as completing various counselling short courses specialising in different areas such as Grief Counselling, Trauma and Body work.

I now have had extensive training and years of practical experience both as a Group Facilitator and Private Counsellor.

I have facilitated at over Thirteen 9 day intensive, live-in Phoenix Rising Emotional Freedom workshops, as well as numerous weekend workshops, and countless one on one private consultations.

After completing the 4 levels of Phoenix Rising Facilitator training I now support training new Facilitators and Practitioners as well as running my own counselling practice.

I also have a Diploma in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and maintain an ongoing study of Psychology, Hypnotherapy and Counselling.
